  I used to think there was something endearing about the French chef that cooks with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth because it is a part of the French culture. I have completely changed my mind after eating at Carnitas el Amigo. The waiter is walking around puffing on a vaporizer literally as he is at a table and then rubbing his figures over the mouth piece that was just in his mouth. Then bringing out some food, puffing some more Vape, touching more food, Vape. Just in case you were wondering, there was not any hand washing in between fondling the Vape and going back to working this food. Lol
  
  At the expense of sounding cheap, I  still kind of pissed they wouldn't get me a glass of water. I had been at the gym and was super thirsty. I ask for a mineral water and no dice. Natural water? Nope, but they have horchata and Jamaica. I was pissed because I could see 8 (yes, I counted them, 8) 5-gallon jugs right behind the guy and he wouldn't get me a glass of water.
  
  No tacos dorados, they were out. Carnitas were not bad. Salsas were below par. Kind of defeats the purpose of having table service is the salsa bar is on the other side of the restaurant. Kind of don't want to leave your stuff unattended while you go for salsa.
  
  Probably won't be back in the near future unless I am drunk and someone else is buying.
  
  Definitely needs to be more hand washing going one if they want to smoke while working. The food isn't good enough to look past it.
